I’m Not Feeling You

So I’ve really really been feeling all the Obama tracks dudes have been dropping in the last few months, but Ludacris’s (though kind of catchy and funny) is lame. It’s not that I’m all that mad at calling Hillary a bitch, Bush a retard, or McCain a paraplegic, it’s that the whole thing seems sort of self-aggrandizing and designed to stir up shit. Which it did. I can stand a little politics in my rap, but much as I love to hear the McLaughlin Group’s thoughtful and incisive thoughts on hip hop, I really don’t care for rap in my politics.
