I’m Not Always Not Feeling You Globalization

On the one hand, it’s terrible that kids in Indonesia get cancer making sneakers for $.15-a-day or whatever. On the other hand, I love cheap stuff, and sometimes globalization leads to some magical little cultural moments. For instance, the current first-lady of France singing an acoustic version of a Moldy Peaches song with a French Idol winner about love and turds on some Italian TV show. Note how the French Clay Aiken betrays his ignorance of English by earnestly singing the words, “Don Quixote was a steel-driving man”. Also I like globalization ’cause it makes me realize I want to bang Carla Bruni-Sarkozy:
