I’m Not Feeling You NBC Universal

Two things I believe in very strongly: an expansive interpretation of fair use doctrine and that there should be a holiday where you get to punch intellectual property lawyers in the dick. I would take it over Hanuka in a second. Lady intellectual property lawyers get a pass I guess.

  1. NBC is one company that simply does get the Web. They don’t understand that their actions are solely pissing people off, while reducing their exposure. Lose-lose.
