Nothing screams getting rid of waste and inefficiencies like creating a new high level position with a preposterous name. Do you think she gets a whole staff to eliminate waste and inefficiencies? I bet she gets her own stationary and a car to get rid of waste and innefficiencies. Whew, I feel better about that 1.2 Trillion dollar deficit already. At least it’s chief performance officer and not like “not spending money czar.”
